Ajit's `Godfather' that was stuck in the shelves for sometime can atlast see the light of the day. The film is back in the sets and the shooting of the film commenced in Hyderabad from last Friday. Along with Ajit, director K.S.Ravikumar is also very happy on the progress.
He quoted that the matter that stopped the shooting of the film between the crew and the producer has been sorted out in a friendly manner. He is optimistic to complete the film within the span of 50 to 55 days. L.Suresh of Ananda Pictures a leading Chennai based
distributor worked out a deal between the actor and the producer Chakravarthy. It has been sorted out that Ajit will pay Rs 2 Crore to the producer, a day before the release of the film. L.Suresh will give Ajit the interest free loan. The duo is likely to do a film together after the completion of this film.

Asin is almost working round the clock with Vikram, Vijay, Ajit and Surya, the superstars of Tamil film industry.
Till last week Asin was shooting in Pollachi with Vikram for Maja and in between she flew down to Chennai for a press conference, as she became the brand ambassador of Cavin Kare. She also managed to finish her patchwork with Surya for Ghajini as the film gets ready for an August release.
Now she has moved to Karaikudi where she will be shooting with Vijay for Sivakasi till end of July. From August 1st Asin will be in Hyderabad for Ajit's Godfather. So that makes her the top heroine in Tamil, featuring in all superstar films releasing for the next few months.
Offers from Tollywood are also pouring in for Asin as she is the front runner for Poori Jaganathan's next film with Mahesh Babu.
