The ‘BIG’ Split  

  Ajith and his best friend, philosopher and guide, producer Nic Arts S.S.Chakravorthy who were one time inseparable have split! Chakravorthy was Ajith’s conscience keeper and hatchet man who was his advisor on his career moves. Chakravorthy, in the last four years had made Raasi, Vaale, Mughavari, Citizen and Red with the superstar. The big news now is that they have split and are going their separate ways.
Red was a film which Ajit thought would make him a mega star but it was a total wash out. When Red flopped, Chakravorthy went and asked him for bulk dates but Ajit told him that he would decide his next film after his long holiday. But during his foreign sojourn, his wife Shalini is believed is have told him to get away from Chakravorthy’s clutches. In the meantime Chakravorthy had signed a film with VikramKathal Sadugudu, more than a year back and now on seeing Vikram ‘s current star status published a huge ad wishing Vikram on his birthday and changing the title to Athisayam. When Ajit came to know about Chakravorthy’s moves, he was furious and felt cheated. Ajit is now completing Shireen Movie Makers Raaja with Jyothika, and the film is directed by Ezhil. His Shaji Kailas film Thiruda is also going on simultaneously. Ajit hopes to regain his lost glory by one of these films clicking at the box office.
