In the film 'Paramasivan,' Ajith's name is Subramaniam Siva. His heroine is Laila. With a 4 day stubble and 4 month long hair, Ajith is a sight for sore eyes. P Vasu is pleased as punch when he talks about how Ajith told him, "I am ready for anything. Do what you will with me."
Bala is producing 'Paramasivan' on behalf of Samrat Film Corporation.
Kodambakkam is right now talking about the Ajith-Vijay camaraderie at the 'Tirupathi' film pooja.
Unlike the acting plus friendship combination like MGR-Sivaji, Rajini-Kamal, there has been controversy about the Ajith-Vijay relationship.
After the 'Tirupathi' film pooja, not only the fans of both actors, but the whole Tamil film industry, is pleased.
This is a good omen that 'Paramasivan' will be a box-office hit, but what does director P Vasu have to say to that?

Jeeva gets showers of blessing from Ajith and Others - 18/09/2005

Young Jeeva is really a lucky man. He received many blessings from prominent film personalities and actors during the inaugural pooja function of his film `E'. The younger son of Chowdry was showered with praises during the function.
Chowdry, who used to do simple pooja function earlier decided to do something different for his son. Kamal Hasan inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp. He said that Jeeva should make it big as a matured man as his performance as a child artiste was commendable.
Many actors like Sarath, Nayantara, Silambarasan, Parthiban, director S P Muthuraman and other blessed Jeeva. Sarath said that Jeeva had the capability of becoming famous like Kamal.
Super Good Films R B Chowdry produces the film and Jananathan directs it. Actor Jeeva plays a very differend kind of role in the film.
Actor Jeeva should do well with blessings from so many veteran artistes. He is lucky to receive showers of blessing.
Ajith, Vijay Understands Each Other If you want to know what professionalism is all about, ask Ajith and Vijay. These two actors know that healthy competition brings out the best in them. They are pitted against each other for the mantle of superstar, but they are very much comfortable with each other.
Vijay attended the pooja function of Ajith's film `Thirupati'. They greeted and hugged each other during the function. People who witnessed the scene were gasping in appreciation and disbelieve.
Ajith who has been lying low of late is hoping that `Thirupati' would rescue him. The director of the film Perarasu revealed that the film is a combination of love, sentiment, friendship and courage. Sada is the heroine of the film and AVM Saravanan produces it.
Ajith has many chances of getting back to the podium. The wishes and good will of his peer and competitor like Vijay means a lot. What an understanding!

All of us know about the sparring in the media Ajith and Vijay. It spilled over in their films which had dialogues taunting each other.
The day before yesterday however was different. Vijay who had come to AVM studios for attending the launch of E, made an unannounced entry into the launch function of Ajith's Tirupathi. He hugged Ajith and pleasantries were exchanged. While everyone stood dazed in surprise, both attended the E function together.

Ajith has declared Thirupathi as his “first film” and is busy doing his home work. Ajith owns a shop called “Thirupathi Sound Service” in this film. Jayam fame Sadha plays the paired role to Ajith
Sound recording started with the soundtrack of the Blasting song written by the Director of the film Perarasu and music score by Barathwaj. AVM has announced that the shooting is scheduled to start in December and the release expected by April 14th next year. The shooting of his current project GodFather is nearing completion.
