Shadow boxing is still on between Ajith and vijay

Ajith will soon start work under Perarasu in Tirupathi.
Therefore, he is rushing through his current assignments,
Godfather and Naan Kadavul. Because, K.S. Ravikumar also
has further commitments, he is intent on finishing
Godfather as soon as possible. For the remaining
scenes, shooting will be done on sets here in Chennai
itself.
Meanwhile, the saucy news is that Vijay has
congratulated Perarasu on landing the Tirupathi project.
He said that it would give him the right break. He
conveniently forgot to wish Ajith. Why so?
Godfather ’s current situation 23/08/2005
The much awaited film of Ajith with KS RaviKumar
wielding the megaphone is going on full swing. It is
holding in its third schedule. The main fact is that the
shooting will go till September 27th.
Now, the Chennai shooting schedule is over and the next
will take place in Chennai, Mahabalipuram, Kaanchipuram.
It will start on this 5th September and so will complete
on 27th September : It is the FINAL shooting schedule.
Then music director A.R.Rahman will start the background
music work. Also the audio album of this film would be
released in the last week of September.
Producer S.S Chakravarthy ( NIC ARTS ) is keen on
getting theatres for a diwali release ( 1st November
2005 ). You remember that Ajit has met many troubles
around this film and also he has been compelled to give
money to help the producer who is not financially well
settled. Now, Ajit is considered as a co-producer for
Godfather.
Ajith Kumar is pinning his hopes high on this film, as
it may make a swift change in his career and based on
the B.O collection of this film, he would get his
forthcoming projects.

Dance master Sivasankar has gave some tips to Ajit Kumar
as he's doing the role of a dance choreographer in
Godfather. Sivasankar has also done the choreography for
a Kutthu song in this film.
Ajith's first for AVM stable 23/08/2005
Saravanan and M S Guhan to commemorate the diamond
jubilee year of their production house, the movie, the
title of which has not yet been decided, will be
directed by Perarasu, who wielded the megaphone for
Vijay's Thirupachi.
COMING TOGETHER: Producers AVM Saravanan, M S Guhan,
actor Ajith and director Perarasu at the muhurat of a
film to be produced by AVM.
According to A V M Saravanan, 'whether it is a small or
big screen, I've always wanted to entertain people.
After Perazhagan, we are coming out with a movie with
Ajith-Perarasu combine. We hope the duo will make it a
big hit'.
Perarasu is currently directing Vijay-starrer Sivakasi,
while Ajith is acting in K S Ravikumar's Godfather.
The shooting for the new AVM film will commence in
December and is scheduled for release on 14 April, 2006.
Bharadwaj is scoring the music while Thotta Tharani will
be handling art direction and cinematography S Saravanan.
An elated Perarasu says, 'I am fortunate to work with
'mass heroes' like Vijay and Ajith. The Almighty has
showered his blessings on me as I have been getting good
production companies to work with.
It will be an action-packed entertainer with a unique
theme.'
'It would be an important movie in my career', Ajith
says and adds: 'I would consider this as though it is my
first film and strive to give my best. It's a great
privilege to work for a movie from a production house
like AVM'. Besides directing, Perarasu will be handling
the story, screenplay, dialogues and lyrics for the
movie.
The rest of the cast has not been finalised, Perarasu
added.
