The cine industry was surprised to see two top actors praising each other. Fans were surprised too. This led to some other interesting pacts. As an answer to this pact, Prashanth and Ajith announced their friendship in Malaysia. Prashanth was invited as a special guest for a Bharathnatyam competition for Malaysian Indians. He was in Kuala Lumpur. Ajith had been camping in Malaysia to take part in the car rally. Just when the whole industry was against the fact that Ajith was participating in this race, Prashanth ahs a different plan. He was going to turn up at the venue and wish Ajith luck. "Why does everybody look at it as a risk? If he wins the race, we all would be very proud of him. I intend to go o the grounds and wish him luck," said Prashanth. The scenes are gong to be telecast on TV soon.
Murali irks Ajith! Over the issue of 'Thala'
Ever since 'Dheena' happened, Ajith's fans have been calling him 'Thalai'. When Vijay hits a man in 'Pudhiya Geethai', saying, "So, you think you are a big Thalai?" some people from Ajith's camp were annoyed. But, Murali had beaten them all and booked the name for his next film. For a while, he was seen nowhere. Now, he is looking for a good action script. He liked the script by Abhimanyu and wasted no time to book the title for his film. Ajith had been thinking about making a film with the name 'Thalai' a few years ago, but he had forgotten to book the name. That gave Murali the gap.
