Good rapport
They may be rivals professionally, but they share a good rapport personally. This was evident when Vikram and Ajith were shooting on the neighbouring floors at the Prasad studio recently. At lunch break, the two heroes met in easy camaraderie and had lunch together and were engaged in animated conversation. A sight for sore eyes this!

Being appreciated

After the brief role as ‘Asoka’s brother, a role with negative shades, Ajith has had some offers from the Hindi field. His good looks, dedication and punctuality - a rare thing in the Mumbai film world - has got him quite a few admirers there. But Ajit’s heart is in Tamil films. ‘I did that part for friendship-sake,’ says the actor. This should please his fans!
